Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
By placing an order, you fully accept this refund policy.
Before any return, customers must contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization and the corresponding instructions.
The eligibility criteria described below may vary depending on the product and apply from the moment the package is received.
In the event of unpaid customs duties, the package will be automatically returned to the sender. No refund will be issued if the product is not received by our logistics center.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email that we have received your returned item.
We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Processing times may vary before a refund is visible.

Section 3 – Sale Items (if applicable)
Only items sold at regular price may be refunded.
Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
Section 4 – Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Section 5 – Shipping & Returns
Before returning any item, customers must contact our customer service via the Contact Us page to obtain a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time required to receive an exchanged product may vary.
For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service.
The customer remains responsible for the returned package until it is confirmed as received by our logistics center.
General Return Conditions (30 days)
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
After this period, no refund or exchange will be granted.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- The product must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- The product must show no physical damage or signs of misuse
- The product must not have been modified or altered
- A valid proof of purchase is required
- The product must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit
Return Procedure
Before initiating a return, please contact our customer service at hello@mina-beautys.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Any return sent without an RA number will be automatically refused.
Once approved, a return form and detailed shipping instructions will be provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The shipment must be sent using a tracked or insured delivery service.
Inspection & Validation
Upon receipt of the returned product, an inspection will be carried out to verify compliance with our return conditions.
If the product is found to be non-defective or returned for reasons other than a confirmed defect or malfunction, an inspection fee of €49 (or equivalent value) may be deducted from the refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method used at checkout.
Non-Refundable Situations
These rules are intended solely to prevent abuse. All legitimate requests are carefully reviewed by our customer service team.
- Returns sent without an RA number
- Damaged, incomplete, or abused products
- Returns made more than 30 days after delivery
- Returns that do not follow the required procedure
- Modified or altered products
- Returns without valid justification after inspection
Exceptions & Exclusions
Promotional or sale items may be subject to specific return conditions outlined at the time of purchase.
This policy does not cover accidental damage, cosmetic damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
