Article 1 – General Information
These Terms & Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “Terms”) govern all product sales made through the Skineo online store.
Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, as well as the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy available on the website.
Article 2 – Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all product orders placed by consumers via the Skineo online store, without restriction or reservation.
They prevail over any other document unless otherwise agreed in writing by Skineo.
Article 3 – Products
The products offered are those described on the website at the time of order, subject to availability.
Product visuals, descriptions, and information are presented with the greatest care. However, minor variations may occur, particularly due to screen settings, production batches, or display conditions.
Some products may be tested in advance by selected individuals (“testers”) to improve quality prior to commercial release.
Article 4 – Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at checkout and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Skineo reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
Any shipping fees or additional charges are clearly indicated before final order validation.
Article 5 – Orders
Any order placed on the Skineo store constitutes a firm and final acceptance of these Terms.
Customers agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order.
Skineo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:
- suspected fraud;
- incorrect or incomplete information;
- non-payment;
- abusive or abnormal behavior.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.
Payments are secured through Shopify and its authorized payment partners.
In the event of abusive disputes, unjustified chargebacks, or attempted fraud, Skineo reserves the right to suspend or terminate the customer account concerned, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Article 7 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of order.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, logistics constraints, or customs procedures.
Skineo cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond its control.
In the event of unpaid customs duties or delivery refusal attributable to the customer, the package may be returned to the sender. No refund may be claimed until the product has been received and inspected by the logistics center.
Article 8 – Returns, Right of Withdrawal & Refunds
Customers have 30 days from receipt of the product to request a return, in accordance with the Refund Policy available on the website.
Before any return, customers must contact customer service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and corresponding instructions.
Eligibility conditions, exclusions, return costs, processing times, and any applicable deductions are detailed in the Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Any return request that does not comply with the required procedure (including absence of an RA number) may be refused.
Article 9 – Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible in cases of defective or damaged products upon receipt, in accordance with the Refund Policy.
Any exchange request must be submitted to customer service prior to return.
Article 10 – Legal Warranties
Products benefit from applicable statutory consumer protection warranties in accordance with the laws in force in the country of sale.
Any claim must be made within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect and must include supporting evidence (photos, description, order number).
Article 11 – Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Skineo shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or intangible losses resulting from the use of the website or products.
In any event, Skineo’s liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
Article 12 – Force Majeure
Skineo shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from force majeure events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Article 13 – Personal Data
The collection and processing of personal data are carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
Customers have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, and objection, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Article 16 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the country in which the website is operated.
In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with applicable law.
