Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and dispatched within a maximum of 48 hours after payment confirmation.

In general, delivery times range between 5 and 7 business days, from Monday to Friday.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link, allowing you to follow your parcel in real time.

Please note: Tracking information becomes visible approximately 4 days after dispatch.

Order Confirmation Emails

After placing an order, you will receive:

  • a first email confirming your purchase;
  • a second email confirming the shipment of your order.

The tracking number is available directly in the shipping confirmation email.

Parcel Holding Period

Postal services hold parcels for up to 15 days. After this period, the parcel is automatically returned to the sender.
In such cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Preparation Time

Order preparation may require 24 to 72 hours before being handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Skineo cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

In the event of an address error, the order will not be automatically reshipped. Any costs related to a new shipment will be borne by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mina-beauty.com . Any address modification after shipment may result in additional fees.

Delivery Issues & Missing Packages

At Skineo, we do our best to ensure reliable and secure delivery. However, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and the final destination.

If your tracking indicates that the parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with:

  • your neighbors;
  • your building manager or concierge;
  • your local post office.

Steps to Follow

1. Verify the shipping address
Make sure the address provided during checkout is correct and complete, including house number, postal code, and any additional details.

2. Check nearby areas
Look in common delivery locations such as your mailbox, doorstep, garden, or neighboring properties.

3. Contact the carrier
Using your tracking number, contact the carrier directly for further delivery details.

4. File a claim
If necessary, a claim may be filed with the carrier. Skineo cannot be held responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received.

Important Notice

No refund or replacement will be issued for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

We strongly recommend carefully reviewing your shipping information before confirming your order.
